Jack Parsons
Project Management/Developer

.

J ack is a project manager and developer with over 25 years of experience overseeing complex design programs. He has dealt with major corporations and small business and understands the diversity in the needs of these clients. His strengths include the ability to turn around troubled projects, which was demonstrated during the years when he worked as a consultant for major corporations such as Westinghouse, General Electric and Eaton Industries. This required not only strong technical prowess, but also the ability to work effectively with all parties involved (client, client's customers and vendors) to devise workable design solutions and acceptable delivery schedules.

Use of computers and programming throughout his career provided Mr. Parsons with a keen understanding of the strength of the computer as a business tool and an awareness of it's limitations. This is based on applications, which he developed and the problems encountered when other individuals were required to understand the function and use of his programs.

As with many tools, a computer solution can only be as good as the people utilizing it. This type of knowledge is invaluable in the design and delivery of effect products to clients. Years in the engineering field have provided experience in the use of mathematical models to describe and analyze complex designs. These algorithms are no different than those employed to evaluate data in a typical computer program. Jack's strong background in mathematics coupled with problem solving skills and the use of deductive reasoning, are strengths which are shared between the engineering and computer programming disciplines and translate directly into his development expertise.

Mr. Parsons current business activities involve the design and implementation of both network and software solutions for a number of small business clients. He is currently exploring the feasibility of utilizing database objects in conjunction with CAD drawings to establish an inventory management system that could be utilized by both large and small corporations. He will continue to collaborate with a number of computer professionals in order to enhance his own knowledge and expand the services that are available to clients.
